Forma Furnish provides information regarding our custom furniture manufacturing services, including portfolio showcases, service descriptions, and consultation request forms. The content on this Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract for the sale of specific goods until a formal quote is signed and a deposit is processed.

Unless otherwise stated, Forma Furnish and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. This includes, but is not limited to:

• All project photography and gallery images (including those in our /images/ directory).
• Original furniture designs and technical drawings displayed or described.
• Website copy, logos, and brand identity elements.

You may access this from Forma Furnish for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms. You must not: republish material from the Site; sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site; reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial gain.

3. User Conduct and Obligations

By using this Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Site or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Site.
• Use the Site in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

4. Custom Commissions and Quotes

Any project estimates provided via the Site are preliminary. Final pricing for bespoke furniture is subject to a formal site visit (if applicable), wood species availability, and final design approval. We reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, including but not limited to material shortages or logistical constraints outside the El Paso region.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Forma Furnish, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site. Forma Furnish, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Site or the products displayed herein.

The information on this Site is provided "as is," with all faults, and Forma Furnish makes no express or implied representations or warranties of any kind related to this Site or the materials contained on this Site.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso for the resolution of any disputes.
